Position Title: Senior Analyst

Senior Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Data and Analytics (DnA) group (SDI). DnA brings quantitative and qualitative insights to the entire company through data science and analytics. We work with our studio partners to promote data-driven decisions to directly impact our game titles whilst also building AI and machine learning solutions.

You will develop solutions by understanding the iterative nature of data analysis. You will present complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. You will report to the Senior Analytics Manager where your expertise will help guide important decisions for the greater team.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth data analysis using multiple statistical and data science techniques to discover patterns and insights that drive business decision-making
  • Dashboard Development: Create and maintain self-service dashboards
  • Data Modelling: Build data models to support forecasting, trend analysis, and other data-driven initiatives
  • A/B Testing: Design A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and optimizations, contributing to data-driven product enhancements
  • Data Quality Assurance: Collaborate with data engineering teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across different data sources
  • Business Insights: Collaborate with partners to understand their analytical needs and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and operational improvements
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance metrics to measure the impact of product changes and identify areas for improvement 

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years relevant professional experience
  • Bachelor (or higher) degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related disciplines)
  • Proficiency in both SQL and Python (R advantageous)
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data modelling techniques
  • Experience with one or more cloud technologies (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience working with large-scale datasets and data warehousing concepts
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices
