Data and Analytics (DnA)팀은 EA SPORTS™ FC Online에서 발생하는 다양한 종류의 데이터를 분석하여 EA Korea Studio의 게임 개발과 의사 결정 과정에 필요한 데이터 분석 결과를 제공하여 효과적으로 게임을 개발하고 운영하는 데에 도움을 주는 역할을 합니다. Data Analyst, Data Engineer, User Researcher 로 구성된 DnA팀은 각 분야의 전문성을 바탕으로 데이터의 수집에서 분석에 이르는 모든 과정을 종합적으로 고려하고 분석하여 보다 더 정확하고 완전한 데이터 분석 결과물을 도출해내고 있습니다.

[주요 업무]

• 게임의 기획 및 비즈니스 모델 수립에 데이터 기반의 의사 결정을 위한 데이터 분석 및 이를 통한 더 나은 플레이어 경험 제공
• 데이터를 다양한 방면으로 분석하여 인사이트를 도출하고 도출된 인사이트의 시각화를 통해 내/외부 구성원 설득 및 의사 결정 지원
• Machine Learning 모델 개발을 통해 플레이어의 행동을 예측하고 이를 통한 의사 결정 지원
• 스튜디오로부터 전달되는 데이터 분석 요구에 대한 대응
  
  

[자격 요건]

• 공학, 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야에서 학사 또는 석사 학위 보유자
• 데이터 분석 또는 Machine Learning 분야에서 최소 5년 이상의 경험
• SQL 및 Python을 활용하여 데이터 분석 경험을 가진 분
• Altair, Vega, Panel 등 여러 Python 라이브러리를 사용한 데이터 시각화에 능숙한 분
• Python 또는 JavaScript 등을 활용한 개발 경험이 있으신 분 우대
• 기초적인 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량을 가진 분
