 We are hiring a Data Engineering Intern for our Localization Data & AI team. Loc Data & AI ́s mission is to support and foster the use of data from all perspectives, along with the development of policies and procedures for the monitoring and active management of data in EA Localization. And our means include building data engineering products and solutions, such as integrating data from various sources such as APIs, databases, and file systems.
This includes an understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) techniques.

We are hiring a Data Analyst for our Localization Data & AI team. Loc Data & AI´s mission is to support and foster the use of data from all perspectives, along with developing policies and procedures for the monitoring and active management of data in EA Localization. Data Analysts of EA have to think critically to tackle complex challenges and thrive in a fast-paced environment where they have an immediate impact on the business.

We are looking for someone passionate about applying data analytics to real-world problems. He/She will help us research and solve new problems, so we’re looking for someone who has the creativity to explore new solutions and the drive to see their project through to completion. As a Data Analyst at EA, you will work closely with your mentor to learn about your project, receive guidance, and share your work. You’ll have opportunities to meet other Data Analyst at EA and work with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with business leaders/partners to identify key performance indicators to track, analyze, and understand why this data is important and how it should help inform business decisions.
  • Translating business requirements into a data collection and analysis strategy.
  • Analyzing data using statistical modeling, predictive modeling, and other data analysis techniques
  • Communicate and present results to business leaders, product managers, analysts, and others throughout the organization.
  • Implement and share new methodologies.

Qualifications:

  • At least three years of relevant experience
  • Experience with applied statistics and advanced analytics.
  • Strong experience in SQL
  • Strong knowledge of Power BI
  • Experience with Python
  • Strong data modeling experience
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to create compelling stories for executives.
  • Experience working directly with data consumers to fulfil their needs.
  • Strong ability to build partnerships and collaboration across teams.
  • Ability to drive projects through to completion.
  • Interest in games is a big plus.
  • Ability to work independently.
