Responsibilities:

• Report to the Game Design Director for Ultimate Team.

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary partners from production, visual design, and product management to design features for the next EA SPORTS FC Ultimate Team.

• Take high-level direction from senior designers to produce detailed design documentation that will be used by XD designers, engineers, and quality assurance testers to build new features or improve existing ones.

• Playtest the game during development to identify execution errors, suboptimal user experiences, and needed tuning improvements.

• Implement content using proprietary tools for existing features such as Objectives and Moments.

• Contribute to team brainstorming and feature discussions.

Qualifications:

• Experience designing and shipping features on console or mobile games

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• An interest in the EA SPORTS FC franchise, formerly known as FIFA, or other sports games
