- You will oversee the project schedule, organize the back log, and ensure that the Licensor Management team achieves the highest possible standards at all times.
- You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, project prioritization, make tradeoffs, and balance the needs versus technical constraints.
- You will focus on the immediate team, identify team issues, and suggest solutions related to execution goals.
- You will identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.
- You will ensure each project setup meets the specifications with Studio with regular status reporting and capacity plan updates.
- You will establish engagement processes to ensure all workflows are clearly defined, processes are documented, and staff are trained in expectations.
- You will support production colleagues with Licensor Management.
- 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead Experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning.
- Experience of a Scrum / Agile software development environment and a proficient user of Jaas/Jira and Excel/Sheets.
- Used to work in environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.
- Good knowledge of EA SPORTS football titles and football knowledge advantageous.
