• You will oversee the project schedule, organize the back log, and ensure that the Licensor Management team achieves the highest possible standards at all times.
• You will anticipate bottlenecks, provide management escalation, project prioritization, make tradeoffs, and balance the needs versus technical constraints.
• You will focus on the immediate team, identify team issues, and suggest solutions related to execution goals.
• You will identify task-related processes to improve efficiency.
• You will ensure each project setup meets the specifications with Studio with regular status reporting and capacity plan updates.
• You will establish engagement processes to ensure all workflows are clearly defined, processes are documented, and staff are trained in expectations.
• You will support production colleagues with Licensor Management.

• 3+ years of Project Management or Project Lead Experience with production lifecycles, processes and project planning.
• Experience of a Scrum / Agile software development environment and a proficient user of Jaas/Jira and Excel/Sheets.
• Used to work in environment that values collaboration and with remote teams.
• Good knowledge of EA SPORTS football titles and football knowledge advantageous.
