As an Associate UI Designer on FC you will work with a team of craftspeople devoted to creating meaningful and impactful innovation in gaming. You will use your creativity, passion and knowledge of visual design and branding to develop engaging and leading edge graphic campaign content, solve complex problems, and build experiences to delight our players. You will partner with a team of Visual Designers, Producers, Game Designers, UX, Engineers, Art Directors, and Creative Directors to create experiences that surprise, delight, and inspire millions of gamers around the world. Your Responsibilities

• Create the visual language/graphic content (2d and 3d assets) for FIFA's live service campaigns, including visual brand identity expression, layout, composition, iconography, and typography.
• Create high fidelity compositions that align with the product's experience goals, usability and accessibility standards and brand in pixel perfect format.
• Partner with Visual Designers, UX, Game Designers, Producers, Art Directors, and Engineering teams to understand their goals, vision and requirements for a feature and support them from a visual design point of view.
• Be a product knowledge expert in your area and ensure the features you designed are functioning as expected
• You understand how the EA audience works with its games/services, and make use of this knowledge in the development of art content.
• You will report to a project manager responsible for product development.

Your Qualifications

• 3+ Years of experience in Graphic Design or Visual Design.
• Excellent graphic/visual design skills, including screen layout, composition, typography, color theory, illustration, and iconography.
• Experience working with multiple stylistic approaches.
• Knowledge of usability principles and designing for accessibility, diversity, and inclusivity.
• Excel in a team-oriented, product-focused environment.
• Collaborative mindset, to participate in a transparent and learning culture within the team.
• Expertise in the Adobe Suite (PS, AI, XD) and other visual design tools.
• Proficiency with 3d design tools (Maya, C4D, Keyshot).
• You can present/advocate for/defend design decisions.
• Conviction to sell your ideas, prototype quickly, and refine feedback.
• A portfolio showcasing work samples, inclusive of unique and original designs.
