About the Position

We are looking for a Development Manager for our FIFA Mobile team in Shanghai. You will report to Studio Development Director. You are the keeper of the project schedule and play an important role in successfully moving the live production team from one project phase to the next while ensuring a focus on quality, collaboration and communication. You will become an important point contact of FIFA mobile live team in Shanghai, for both internal and external. You will partner with live producers and leaders in different territories to ensure the project is managed on time, to quality and within budget.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop the project schedule to ensure the production milestones are delivered on time.
  • Plan with team, create and assign the tasks, monitor and track the daily production status.
  • Build a collaborative relationship with each member of the production team.
  • Manage the risk, communicate the problems and remove the roadblocks to ensure milestone goals can be met.
  • Manage change requests and advice partners on their effects on timeline, budget and resourcing.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners and gather their requirements.
  • Work on production processes and improve the efficiency.

Requirements

  • 3+years Project Management experience.
  • Experiences in managing projects in SCRUM.
  • Passion on playing and making games.
  • PMP Certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English - both verbal and written.
