현실감 있는 그래픽, 실제 경기 현장을 반영한 다채로운 콘텐츠 등 독자적인 개발 능력을 갖춘 EA Korea Studio는 Game Designer(게임 기획자), Artist(아티스트), Software Engineer(소프트웨어 개발자), Development Director(개발PM), Producer 등으로 구성된 대규모 개발팀으로서 개발부터 라이브 서비스까지 전 과정을 책임지고 있습니다.

• 게임 개발팀 내부 커뮤니케이션 담당
  
• 기획 및 개발 프로세스 및 커뮤니케이션 방식 개선을 통한 생산성 향상

• Game Design Director, Art Director, Producer와 함께 서비스 기획 목표 책정

 [자격 요건]

• 게임 또는 유사한 컨텐츠 개발 프로젝트 관리 경험
  
• 탁월한 커뮤니케이션 능력
  
• Jira, Notion 혹은 그에 준하는 프로젝트 관리 툴 사용 경험
  
• 탁월한 논리력, 분석력 및 문제 해결 능력
  
• 5년 이상의 게임/IT 업계 유관 업무 경험 (프로젝트관리, 개발/기획/아트, QA, 운영)

• 탁월한 리포트 작성 능력
  
• 비즈니스 수준의 영어 구사 능력
  
• 게임 기획, 아트, UX 실무와 관련된 전공
