Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

You will report to Manager II, FP&A

Business Partnering:

  • You will provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as P&L, Headcount, R&D, COGS and M&S

  • You will review forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing the changes to ensure smooth forecasting.

  • Help us to collaborate with Commercial team on long range, annual and quarterly revenue forecasts by title.

  • Manage the COGS forecasting. Work with Finance and Works every Estimates

  • Provide analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance.

  • Identify and lead global projects to improve, standardise and automate forecasting and reporting processes.

  • Work with finance partners, identify challenges on Revenue loads and suggesting changes – Regular catchups with different finance partners.

  • You will work with Finance Partners to manage risk and opportunities to maintain financial goals.

Financial Close, Forecasting and analysis support:

  • You will work with the finance partners to manage close deliverables, process, and reporting.

  • Responsible for month end Close reporting for different teams across Commercial FP&A

  • Help us to prepare forecast decks, including commentary for leadership meetings.

  • Ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership on variety of areas such as P&Ls & R&D

  • Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to allow spend and analysis.

  • Provide daily update on HD Live Services revenue to the Senior Leadership of the organisation

Promote FP&A Excellence

  • You will manage 4 direct reports.

  • Identify and lead projects to improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting processes.

  • Provide feedback to the team members on performance.

  • You will help us to identify challenges across commercial FP&A teams, automate processes to improve accuracy and reduce time.

  • Ensure the reporting is consistent across commercial FP&A teams.

  • Eliminate large datasets in Power BI and prepare summarised columns and make the files faster – wherever needed

Qualifications:

  • Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required – Finance / Accounting related field.

  • 10+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience

  • 5+ years of experience in People Management

  • Demonstrated experience with learning.

  • Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.

  • Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
