Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Location: Hyderabad

You will report to Manager II, FP&A

Business Partnering:

You will provide deep financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as P&L, Headcount, R&D, COGS and M&S
You will review forecasts and budgets, suggesting changes, and implementing the changes to ensure smooth forecasting.
Help us to collaborate with Commercial team on long range, annual and quarterly revenue forecasts by title.
Manage the COGS forecasting. Work with Finance and Works every Estimates
Provide analysis to highlight variance drivers and identify opportunities to mitigate risk and improve performance.
Identify and lead global projects to improve, standardise and automate forecasting and reporting processes.
Work with finance partners, identify challenges on Revenue loads and suggesting changes – Regular catchups with different finance partners.
You will work with Finance Partners to manage risk and opportunities to maintain financial goals.

Financial Close, Forecasting and analysis support:

You will work with the finance partners to manage close deliverables, process, and reporting.
Responsible for month end Close reporting for different teams across Commercial FP&A
Help us to prepare forecast decks, including commentary for leadership meetings.
Ad-hoc analysis for senior leadership on variety of areas such as P&Ls & R&D
Design and implement reporting tools to provide further transparency and visibility to allow spend and analysis.
Provide daily update on HD Live Services revenue to the Senior Leadership of the organisation

Promote FP&A Excellence

You will manage 4 direct reports.
Identify and lead projects to improve, standardize and automate forecasting and reporting processes.
Provide feedback to the team members on performance.
You will help us to identify challenges across commercial FP&A teams, automate processes to improve accuracy and reduce time.
Ensure the reporting is consistent across commercial FP&A teams.
Eliminate large datasets in Power BI and prepare summarised columns and make the files faster – wherever needed

Qualifications:

Academic Qualifications - Good to have Master of Business Administration in Finance but not mandatory. Bachelor's degree required – Finance / Accounting related field.
10+ years of related Financial and FP&A experience
5+ years of experience in People Management
Demonstrated experience with learning.
Comfortable building analysis based off data from multiple sources.
Experience with Anaplan and / Power Bi
