Our EA Sports FC development family is looking for an accomplished Senior Producer to help us achieve our goals of creating great games that bring joy and outstanding experiences to all of our players, experiences that ignite the emotion of sport and are tailored to their preferences as part of our community. This is a franchise level leading role, guiding and inspiring our team from concept and ideation through production to launch and onto corresponding live services. You will report to one of our Franchise senior leaders.

As the Franchise Senior Producer, you will lead a diverse and passionate team of developers that put our players first. We are inspired and influenced by the digital and analog world around us, by history, and by the future. We are curious and want to understand the 'what' and the 'why'. We remain humble, admit to missteps and mistakes, using them as fuel for our desire to learn and grow.

You will partner with production, design, visual, operations and tech leaders to contribute to a strategic, multi-year strategy. It is advantageous to have worked on AAA games and understand the scope that requires. However, your philosophy, the scale of previous roles, and your accomplishments are what we value most. You have a passion for interactive entertainment and your experience includes leading a large, direct people management, a comfort with complexity, and an ability to address challenges for your team, product, organization and business.

You can set goals to lead your team, able to inspire them around a vision, and unlock their potential and productivity. You can create space for others to do great work through autonomy and understand the need to mentor rather than solve.

You are comfortable working with developers of all disciplines, and building relationships across our broader business, and cross functional teams. You are comfortable with swift and sound data-informed decision making based on business content.
