We are looking for an experienced leader for our Stock Administration Team. In this role, you will oversee the team responsible for maintaining our global equity programs. You will partner with our Legal, Finance and Compensation teams to develop and administer key incentive programs for our global employees.

You will report to the Senior Counsel, Corporate and Securities. The position may be based at our offices in Redwood Shores, California; Austin, Texas; Seattle, Washington; and Los Angeles, California. We will consider fully remote for the right candidate.

Scope of Role

  • Administer global equity plans through the lifecycle of EA's equity awards (RSUs, PRSUs, ESPP), including grants, vesting events, terminations, U.S. reporting and international compliance.
  • Engage with leadership from EA's Legal, Finance, and People teams about the future design of equity programs.
  • Contribute to the annual audit process and financial reporting related to EA's equity, including SEC reporting, statutory audits, and internal and external audit procedures.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure compliance with U.S. and international laws for tax withholdings on EA's equity awards.
  • Coordinate with Legal and oversee administration of EA's trading window and insider trading compliance.
  • Educate our global employees regarding our equity programs.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding equity programs and coordinate with outside brokerage firms regarding equity awards.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in stock administration, including experience at a public company.
  • Certified Equity Professional (CEP) certification.
  • You have experience investing in the success of others and leading a team inclusively.
  • You manage international equity plan compliance, including familiarity with U.S. federal and state taxation relating to equity compensation and international tax laws relating to equity programs.
  • You manage multiple high priority projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong Excel skills and experience with equity awards platforms (Equity Edge Online).

US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

º $162,300 - $252,600
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $162,300 - $252,600
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $179,850 - $252,600
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $162,300 - $213,300
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $162,300 - $230,150

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
