Position Title: Sr. Manager, Global Brand Management

External Description:

Electronic Arts (EA) is looking for a dynamic Sr. Brand Manager with a track record in brand strategy, product marketing, and/or live service marketing. At EA, you will join a team that is shaping the global presence and influence across exciting franchises.

The Sr. Brand Manager for Respawn sits within the Global Brand Management team and will lead cutting-edge launch and live services marketing strategies for Apex Legends. Reporting to the Director of Brand Management at Respawn, you will manage live services marketing programs for games for Apex Legends. You have expertise in product marketing, live services marketing, digital marketing and brand strategy. You must excel at marrying science and creativity to delight customers and partners and work with an array of teams to build your brand. What You'll Do:

  • Lead development of seasonal strategies of a live service brand and accompanying goals
  • Work with game teams, product, and multiple publishing team members to architect experiences built around in-game events, grounded in consumer insights and player data, that promote ongoing engagement with the franchise.
  • Envision and establish data-informed goals that are used to establish and achieve player and performance targets for the franchise.
  • Partner with team members across publishing, creative services, channel marketing, and sales to provide product branding, positioning, and audience insights
  • Analyze performance data, including sales and in-game data, to identify opportunities and challenges, then create strategies to achieve results.
  • Develop relationships with team members across studios, publishing and other teams ensuring agreement and support.
  • Partner with Consumer Insights team throughout the year to test merchandising, messaging, game features (and concepts), and improve player experiences based on those findings.
  • Conduct ongoing product and competitive marketing analysis to ensure consumer and market trends are informing brand strategies
  • Lead innovation and creative thought within the live-service marketing space

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree
  • MBA
  • 7+ years working in brand strategy, brand development and/or product marketing
  • Experience with games

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $129,050 - $204,600
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $127,850 - $189,050

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also eligible for bonus and equity.
