Position Title: Marketing Manager I

External Description:

EA's Partnered Development Group (PDG) is a new team built from the ground up to manage 2nd Party development (IP-licensed dev and outsourced dev) end-to-end, from sourcing opportunities, guiding development and leading GTM and live service efforts. We are working with a handful of top-tier mobile studios, combining EA's IP with partners to accelerate the development of a portfolio of hit mobile games to grow EA's mobile footprint. The nucleus of our team is based in Asia – but we are expanding across geos to guide global LiveOps and publishing for our mobile slate.

We are looking for a communications marketing manager based in Asia Pacific countries in a hybrid working model to report to the marketing group based in Shanghai while working with the product team.

Responsibilities

  • You will run global marketing and communications campaigns for both game pre-launch and post-launch phases.

  • You will partner with product leads and use data and customer insight-driven recommendations to create global product marketing and communications strategy and build plans to achieve the best outcomes for players that align to product goals.

  • You will collaborate with partners to ensure the recommended communication strategies align with our brand goals.

  • You will build relationships with external vendors such as advertising, media and experiential agencies to build integrated communication campaigns.

  • You will work with partners and multiple teams to develop integrated campaigns and ensure clear strategic agreement throughout planning and campaign delivery.

  • You will engage and present with confidence to teams, including senior leaders.

Requirements

•      6+ year’s experience in games marketing, brand or communications department.

•      Experience in mobile games global marketing and publishing operations.

•      Expertise in creating global campaigns and experience creating 360 marketing/communications programs.

•      Experience partnering with international teams to build communications campaigns.

•      Experience with communications across all forms of media

•      Experience leading agency partners in delivering successful results for your product.

•      Fluent in Chinese and English and can create collaboration across language and culture.
