In addition to recruiting, we also create memorable and meaningful experiences for our emerging talent and encourage their development through our programs and initiatives. We're looking for an enthusiastic Senior Recruiter to join our team and guide our efforts in intern and University grad recruitment. You will understand technical recruitment requirements, maintain an inclusive candidate pipeline, and provide a top-notch experience for candidates and hiring partners. You will report to the Manager of Next-Gen Talent and serve as a primary advisor in driving EA's Next-Gen recruitment. What a Next-Gen Talent Senior Recruiter does at EA:

  • Full-cycle recruitment (application review, candidate screen, interview coordination, offer creation, and closing of candidates) for technical teams across the US and Canada
  • Work with recruitment and department leads in the development of hiring strategies
  • Cascade headcount targets to hiring teams, identify job descriptions, and curate inclusive hiring approaches in conjunction with your hiring partners
  • Be the expert for hiring managers providing guidance on recruitment and interview practices, candidate sharing, and assessment of candidates
  • Regular report outs on recruitment progress to hiring partners and technical leader
  • Provide memorable and unique experiences to our cohorts of intern/co-op and University grads

 Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • 5+ years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in tech
  • Foundation of best practices regarding tracking, communication, and reporting
  • Experience serving as a recruitment advisor and partner to hiring teams
  • You have a true passion for inclusivity
  • Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members
  • Be willing to travel - up to 50%
