Senior Partner Engagement Manager - Frostbite

Frostbite is EA's state-of-the-art multi-platform game development engine, powering games such as FIFA, Madden, Battlefield, Need for Speed and Skate.

The Frostbite Partner Experience team leads the engagement with EA's internal teams, helping them achieve success with their games through our engine development.

What you will do as a Senior Partner Experience Manager

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Frostbite Partner Experience, you will be the primary relationship contact between Frostbite and some of its internal partners, both game teams and other centralized teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You will be the expert on the partner team's needs and be their voice within the Frostbite team.
  • You will provide visibility on goals, strategies, important projects, collaborations and plans between organizations.
  • You will lead joint feature planning exercises for major titles and projects.
  • You will identify, implement mitigation tactics, and help resolve project risks between the teams.
  • You will participate in and help guide partner-related process improvements within the Frostbite team.

We're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in technical account management, developer relations, technical customer relations, product management, or related roles
  • Experience with HD or mobile gaming industry, development, platforms, and ecosystems
  • Strong interpersonal and mediation skills
  • Experience leading within a distributed environment across global locations is a plus
  • Experience working seamlessly across levels of an organization up to the VP level

  • Build a partnership with both technical and non-technical leaders from your partner teams
  • Work with Frostbite leaders to address the needs of your partners and influence the future of the Frostbite product
  • Be proactive and collaborate across all levels of the Frostbite and partner organizations
