Position Title: Quality Designer I

External Description:

Role Overview

• 게임 개발 process/lifetime전반에 걸쳐, QA 활동에 대한 목표설정, 계획수립, 실행, 결과분석, 개선활동을 통하여 게임 서비스의 품질 목표를 달성.
• PDs/기획/Art/SE/QE등등 관련팀과 협업관계를 스스로 구축/발전시키며, 개발progress 전반에 참여하여 Quality Execution의 계획/실행을 주도.
  (Design review/feedback, quality prediction/prevention/containment/detection/resolution/escape)
• QA MGMT팀과 함께, EA Global조직에서 추진하는 Quality Strategy를 이해/발전시켜서, 진행중인 Project 및 팀의 QA활동에 적극적으로 개선/반영.
• Design, Development/QA workflow 및 Player Experience에 대한 이해를 바탕으로, 개발/QA data를 분석, Risk Estimation하여 ROI기반의 효율적인 Quality Execution을 제안/계획/실행.
• QA팀의 다양한 Test Execution, Coverage를 이해/분석하여, QE/SE 및QA팀원들과 함께 Test Automation(+ Tool개발) 등을 추진하고, 개발된 Tool/Automation solution의 팀내 workflow 및 Use Case 정의/확대하여 QA efficiency와 coverage 개선.
• Data기반의 팀/Quality/Technical KPI(Key Performance Index) 지표 및 목표를 설정하여, QA팀/Project의 daily/weekly/monthly or Milestone별 업무 Progress/Efficiency/Performance 등을 분석/Report/Risk Escalation/해결,개선활동을 추진.
• 개발팀을 포함한 다양한co-work partner들과의 원활하고, 적절한 communication을 통해 스스로 문제점을 해결, 진행상황/결과를 효과적으로 공유하고, Lesson Learn 활동을 진행.
• Asia/Global QA조직의 일원으로서, 다양한 개선 활동 및 지식 공유 session에 적극적으로 참여.
• Dev/QA process 및 Quality Execution에 대한 다양한 경험/능력을 바탕으로 Quality Improvement 진행
   

Qualifications

• Software product, game개발 회사에서 QA/기획/개발or 기타 product quality확보를 위한 업무로 5년 이상의 경력 or 상응하는 능력을 갖추신 분.
• Professional communication, proactive, self-organized된 업무 능력/자세를 갖추신 분.
• Agile/Scrum기반, SDLC 전반에 걸친 Development/QA role을 잘 이해하고 계신 분.
• 다양한 Stakeholder(Design/SE/PDs/Art/Marketing/Publisher)들과 협업 관계를 주도하며, software product의 개발 초기 ~ sunset까지, 단계별 Quality Execution/Assurance action을 계획, 실행 해본 경험이 있으신 분.
• 스스로 일정수립, 업무계획, 실행, Progress/Risk/Result Report, 문제점 해결 및 상황에 따라 우선 순위를 조절하며, 일정 내에 업무 완료 능력을 갖추신 분.
• Test Automation concept/platform/tool을 이해하고, ROI 기반으로 project에 새롭게 적용/확대해 본 경험이 있으신 분.
• 각종 업무/project data를 스스로 정량화/분석하고 Risk Factor를 정의하여, decision making 을 진행 할 수 있으신 분.
• JIRA, Hansoft, TestRail등의 업무 관리 도구(task/bug/test management tool) 및 Git, Perforce등 소프트웨어 형상관리 도구 사용에 익숙하신 분.
• PowerBI/Excel등으로 기본적인 Data Dashboard의 생성/관리 경험이 있으신 분.
• 게임을 좋아하고 다양한 게임에 대한 플레이 경험이 있으신분 우대.
• 영어 능통자 우대(highly preferred)
