Electronic Arts Inc. is a global interactive entertainment software company. EA delivers games, content and online services for Internet-connected consoles, personal computers, mobile phones and tablets.
Our growing team provides our game teams with the insights needed to help them understand the quality of our player's experience through both quantitative and qualitative data, helping them translate feedback into actions and by providing a view into the game's overall quality trajectory. You will help to coordinate our world-wide approach to experiential quality across our studios and development teams.
As the Director of Operations, you will drive activities from our teams including User Experience Research, Operations and Technology.

The Role:
The ideal Director of Operations is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences across our worldwide studios and portfolio.
You will report directly to the Head of Player and Quality Insights and oversee the operationalization of the global strategy, budget, staffing and risk management. You will also will foster operational excellence and the development of our worldwide operations team.
