We are looking for a seasoned Creative Director to join the Full Circle leadership team and help us deliver amazing games and improve all aspects of our Studio.
Role TLDR:
- Innovate on our creative design processes to adapt to the needs of the product.
- Work closely with game area design leads to deliver cohesion across our game features.
- Work closely with our community to deliver the best possible experience.
Responsibilities
- Know the ins and outs of the game, and be able to communicate clearly about its vision and potential.
- Champion the overall creative direction on an ongoing basis, inspiring the team through progressive creative design and leadership.
- Work closely with the game’s production team to manage the quality targets and the results achieved.
Bonus
- Serve as a coach and mentor to designers and Craft Directors, assisting them in the resolution of complex problems and growing their skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Creative Director, Design Director or Game Director on a AAA Game.
- Ability to provide both focused and inspiring creative leadership.
- Excellent pitching and public speaking skills.
- Effective decision-making capabilities.
- Experience in designing a game with a long-term live service.
- Sensitivity to mass-market audience appeal, and the ability to innovate within it.
- Passion for playing and making games and an excellent understanding of what makes them fun.
US COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range and benefits for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
BASE SALARY RANGES
• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $193,000 - $300,850
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $184,250 - $300,850
• Jersey City, NJ:
º $212,300 - $300,850
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $184,250 - $252,600
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $184,250 - $271,700
Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
