We are looking for talent with a love for sports to create experiences that connect with millions of football fans around the world to grow the love of the sport.

As a Tools Engineer, you will be a part of the game creation process, including architectural design, implementation, and debugging on multiple platforms—working on complex problems with Designers, Artists and other Engineers in domains including rendering, gameplay, audio, user interface, online, physics, databases and tools. You will report to the Development Director and Technical Lead to estimate, build projects and provide excellent results.

This position is a 12 month contractual employment opportunity.

Your Responsibilities

  • Build an internal toolset designed to empower our content developers to create rich, high-quality content for multiple online game modes.
  • Work with multiple clients within a unified platform to create features for our content creation system and pipeline.
  • Resolve defects during QA testing, pre production, production and from the live environment.

Your Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of professional software development experience with C++ and C#.
  • Professional development experience with Java
  • 2+ years of experience developing online services/servers (in HTTP with REST).
  • Experience building large-scale distributed applications.
  • Experience building and supporting an internal toolset designed to empower developers to create rich, high-quality content for multiple online game modes.
  • Experience resolving defects during QA testing, pre production, production and from the live environment.
