Global Audit

We are an independent and objective assurance and business advisory organization designed to provide assurance to the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors, add value to senior management and improve EA's operations. We help EA to accomplish its goals by taking a systematic risk-based approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, internal control, and governance processes.

The Challenge Ahead

As an IT Audit Analyst, you will support EA's audit, risk, and compliance program. You will work with multiple departments and experience numerous areas and processes of audit. You will work with and report to the Senior Manager, Global Audit participating in SOX compliance program and operational audits to determine effectiveness and efficiency of our business process and IT control structure. You will also help support our data analytics efforts and operating processes, including recommendations for improvement in processes and controls.

What an IT Audit Analyst does at EA

  • Execute testing of design and operating effectiveness of IT SOX controls, including IT general controls, IT application controls, key report testing, and SOC1 report analyses.
  • Participate in IT system/control walkthroughs and identify risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
  • Effectively support the Senior Audit Manager in the timely reporting of testing status and audit observations.
  • Work with the Senior Audit Manager to provide recommendations to management to assist in redesign efforts, as necessary, to improve the control environment from risk and efficiency perspectives.
  • Assist in IT security, operational, and other special request audits as needed

The next great IT Audit Analyst

  • You have 2 or more years of experience in a relevant role
  • You have experience auditing ERP and other financial systems, operating systems, and databases
  • You have the basic understanding of SQL query and Linux commands.
  • You have CISA certification or are willing to pursue a CISA certification
  • You have analytical and creative problem-solving skills and are a solution-oriented individual
  • You are willing to complete tasks across multiple time zones
