We are currently hiring for the IT team who supports game development team franchise Apex Legends, Battlefield, Battlefield Mobile, Star Wars™, and more. And we are looking for a skilled System Engineer who is experienced in managing and supporting global teams and services. An individual who would be excited to be working at the greatest game company in the world.



Responsibilities:

  • Manage identity lifecycle of partner account and access.
  • Partner with development teams, guiding the intake and onboarding of 3rd Party Partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement of the 3rd Party Lifecycle.
  • Create standardization processes and methodologies to reduce onboarding delays and eliminate support risks.
  • Bridge communication between Team members, Site IT, and Global IT Functions.
  • Responsible for incident management, providing incident escalation, resolution, and communication.
  • Fulfill partner service requests for accounts and access to Game Development Application Services and additional endpoints as required.
  • Develop processes to measure customer satisfaction and create KPIs and performance metrics for delivering Partner Lifecycle Management services.
  • Monitoring, analytics, and reporting of IT services support distributed development.
  • Serves as a technical expert to game teams and Outsource partners




Qualifications:

  • Experience as a Perforce administrator.
  • Familiar with Jira and Confluence administration.
  • Experience with networking concepts; routing, subnets, DNS, ACL
  • Knowledge of Active Directory account administration.
  • Be organized and communicative.
  • Be detail-oriented
