岗位描述
• 对美术品质,动画节奏感与完成度有高要求。
• 对体育品类,科技时尚品类与移动平台有动特效敏感。
• 根据美术指导与策划要求设计并制作所有与动特效相关的游戏资产。
• 设计并制作UI界面动特效,包括界面转场特效,升级动画等。
• 设计并制作游戏内嵌视频,把握渲染素材与后期素材进行整合与加工。
• 运用开发工具完成美术素材的提交。
• 确保美术素材完成提交后的验收跟进。
• 市场宣传视频剪辑与编辑。
• 灵活应对需求变更及素材修改。

岗位需求
• 熟练使用PS, AE, unity等商业特效,视频制作软件。
• 有写实美术基础功底。
• 对工作规范化有自己的要求。
• 学习能力强,善于举一反三,有意参与游戏美术设计工作。
• 有团队合作精神。
• 热爱运动,了解足球方面的知识。(优先)
