Reporting to the Regional Manager, Talent Acquisition Programs & Operations, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Talent Acquisition Programs, Operations & Mobility team. You will ensure that all candidates who engage with Electronic Arts have a memorable experience, and your role is ensuring a seamless and efficient recruiting process. In partnership with the team, you will navigate team availability to schedule interviews with candidates and guide the processes that occur as a candidate transitions to an employee. You will assist with Talent Acquisition system issues and clarifications about process or policies. In addition to supporting Recruiters and Talent Coordinators, you will provide insight to the operations team to identify opportunities to improve the systems/process based on support trends.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with a team of Recruiters on the scheduling of candidate interviews all across APAC
• Ensure coordination of new hire onboarding tasks
• Conduct and reconcile expense administration for candidates.
• Provide end-user support to the applicant tracking system
• Work with People Experience Operations on support/integration issues
• Identify common or new trending support requests and suggest ways to reduce
• Manage multiple Operations mailboxes
• Monitor the internal Slack channels to help users self-service solutions and answers
• Run audits on ATS functions including: Workflows, Offers, Job Descriptions and User Performance
• Champion best practices across all teams
• Contribute to strategic projects across the Global Talent Acquisition team and manage process improvements
