Reporting to a Senior Analytics Manager, you will be an important member of the Quality Verification & Standards Analytics team. You will work on numerous projects with other analysts and leadership to solve business problems and will play a part in facilitating making excellent games.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in a diverse range of projects, from operational to strategic initiatives-related, in response to our needs
  • Conduct initial discovery exercise to unearth main pain points, deficiencies, and causes of a business problem
  • Organise and lead requirements gathering sessions to capture business processes, user workflows and stories, data models and current state from internal partners
  • Identify, evaluate and provide recommendations on solutions to the reported needs
  • Decompose high-level business and user requirements into well-written, clear documentation and cohesive presentations
  • Support the full development cycle including requirements analysis, solution design, development, implementation, testing and deployment
  • Collaborate with all partners including: Development, Business Development, Marketing, Finance, QA, Legal, First Parties, External Vendors
  • Manage expectations and risks throughout a project life cycle
  • Monitor and maintain projects after initial release; prioritise defects, measure and support client service impact, measure and track performance metrics and help define enhancement opportunities

Who You are:

  • You will have 5 years of professional experience performing all aspects of business and enterprise level analysis
  • Understand Software Development Life Cycle(SDLC) processes and methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall)
  • Professional experience in technology evaluation, assessment and roadmap development
  • Establish structure and coherence to business problems
  • Meet evolving deadlines due to business demand
  • You will have a track record in completing projects and producing high quality results
  • Previous experience with a process mapping tool (eg. Visio, Miro)
  • Comfortable working as part of an international team that spans across multiple time zones

The following would be considered an asset for this role:

  • Previous working experience in a consulting environment
  • Experience creating reports and dashboards using data visualisation software packages (eg. Power BI, Tableau)
  • Domain knowledge in data manipulation, processing, and reporting
  • Domain knowledge in QA and software development testing principle
