Position Title: Assoc Producer II

External Description:

Positions: Associate Producer

Report to: Sr. Producer

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Motivates and empowers talent on the team to execute on product
  • Help producer to manage the day-to- day development through production and the launch of the game and live service.
  • Works with the product owners and design team to prioritize features and set quality
  • Drives, creates, and refines the game experience at multiple feature level to achieve and/or exceed the desired quality
  • Manages and mitigates project risks over the course of development and execution of the product.
  • Works closely with production, art, design, and engineering leads to drive product
  • Works with producer to manage the project schedule, milestones, and sprint deliverables.
  • Partners and develops relationships with central service teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and product

WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

  • An experienced producer with 5+ years of experience in a game production
  • Analytically minded, a master of influence, results oriented and skilled
  • A great communicator that understands what is working, what is of concern, and what needs to be
  • Excellent English written, verbal communication and presentation
  • Being a passionate Soccer fan or FIFA player is definitely an asset, let’s get in the game together!
