We are looking for a Studio Head of Product Management to help us bring this vision to life.

Responsibilities

  • Be a go-to live service and game industry expert for the studio
  • Be at the center of driving our product strategy growth that redefine social live service game and player-centric monetization
  • Establish the product management vision and build a culture of scientific thoughtfulness where data informed decision-making is the norm within the Full Circle studio
  • Define the quality bar for tools and processes towards improved time-to-player and long-term sustainability across PC, consoles and mobile
  • Partner with the studio and game leadership teams to build business cases to support product development
  • Manage studio P&L
  • Lead product and business review meetings
  • Develop partnerships across EA with Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Publishing, Central tech, Customer support, Security, Positive play; and agree on goals
  • Manage a Director of product management and build the growth of the PM capability within the Full Circle studio to support product growth
  • You will report to the Studio GM

Qualifications

  • 12+ years of product management experience
  • 5+ years of leadership in product on a Live service title, with performance accountability
  • P&L management experience
  • Expert with a broad range of game monetization strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with rigorous approach to building products

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

EA has listed the base salary ranges it in good faith expects to pay applicants for this role in the locations listed, as of the time of this posting. Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $194,600 - $291,500
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $178,350 - $291,500
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $178,350 - $291,500
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $178,350 - $248,600
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $178,350 - $279,650

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
