Position Title: Senior Financial Analyst

External Description:

Senior Financial Analyst – Mobile Marketing

This Senior Financial Analyst role is a unique opportunity to be a collaborative partner & trusted advisor to the Mobile Marketing team. You will help us be uniquely positioned to help us to oversee all of EA's Mobile Marketing and requires an experienced partner to help support this business forward. As well, you will help us oversee advertising and marketing across all of EA Mobile's portfolio affecting both Revenue and Opex. You will report to the Director of Finance.

What You'll Do:

Business Partnering

  • You will help us build relationships with partners and collaborate to work toward delivering studio goals
  • You will help us provide insightful financial analysis focused on a variety of areas such as game performance, maximizing profitability or resource allocation
  • You will prepare, hold, and present business reviews for leaders focused on the story (not just data)
  • You will support strategic decision-making by partnering on business-related projects such as modeling business scenarios and tracking performance metrics – including for titles in development

Financial Close, Forecasting and Analysis

  • You will oversee the financial forecast and provide analysis to highlight variance drivers
  • You will report the performance of live games on a weekly and monthly basis
  • You will partner with the accounting group to manage close deliverables, process and reporting

Promote FP&A Excellence

  • You will help us identify and lead plans to improve forecasting and reporting tools
  • You will work with functional heads to help us manage quarterly/monthly/annual financial forecasts and report performance against financial goals

Experience and Technical Skills

  • You have a Bachelor's degree
  • You have a minimum 3 years of related financial experience
  • You have experience with P&L management, revenue forecasting, budgeting, and analysis
  • You have excellent MS excel (can perform complex functions) expertise required
  • Knowledge in Anaplan, Power BI and Oracle
