Senior Producer - Ridgeline Games

Ridgeline Games is focused on building rich narrative campaigns with memorable characters and powerful experiences all in the Battlefield universe. We are building a new studio in the Seattle area composed of leaders and talent with a vast array of AAA game dev experience. As we assemble our diverse team, all who have a voice in making great games together, we're looking for a healthy mixture of tempered veterans and young passionate individuals eager to make a difference.

 

Role Overview: You are a Senior Producer, who will guide execution across the development team to build and launch new, best in class Battlefield narrative experiences. This is an essential role for the team that involves a high level of interaction with team members and team leadership.

You will be involved in the development of the game from early concept, production, the final stages and post release support.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Establish roadmaps for game experiences and technological advancements, aligning with the broader goals of the Battlefield franchise.
  • Partnering with production, art, design, and engineering leads to improve quality, communication and coordination.
  • Partner with the development directors to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables.
  • Partner with art, UX, engineering, QA, and design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
  • You will be the bridge between the design team and project managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our teams and partners.
  • You will report to the production leader of the team.

 

Qualifications:

  • An experienced producer with 8+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • 4+ years of management experience working in a collaborative team environment.
  • At least one AAA title shipped on PC and console from concept to final.
  • Experience pioneering and encouraging others to consider different perspectives.
  • A master of influence, helping others understand and become passionate about their work.
  • High degree of initiative who takes opportunities to make improvements.



COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The base salary ranges listed below are for the defined geographic market pay zones in these states. If you reside outside of these locations, a recruiter will advise on the base salary range for your specific location.

Salary offered will be determined based on numerous relevant business and candidate factors including, for example, education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.

BASE SALARY RANGES

• California (depending on location e.g. Los Angeles vs. Sacramento):
º $157,450 - $245,500
• New York (depending on location e.g. Manhattan vs. Buffalo):
º $154,950 - $245,500
• Jersey City, NJ :
º $154,950 - $245,500
• Colorado (depending on location e.g. Denver vs. Colorado Springs):
º $154,950 - $223,350
• Washington (depending on location e.g. Seattle vs. Spokane):
º $154,950 - $223,350

Base salary is just one part of the overall compensation at EA. We also offer a package of benefits including paid time off (3 weeks per year to start), 80 hours per year of sick time, 16 paid company holidays per year, 10 weeks paid time off to bond with baby (following 1 year of service), medical/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, and 401(k) to regular full-time employees. Certain roles may also be eligible for bonus and equity.
