External Description:

This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor within our new Racing & EA Partner QV organization. You will work with multiple exciting franchises such as F1, Need for Speed, EA Partners, and many more.

As a Development Manager in the PMO group you will reporting directly to the EA Racing & Partner QV Head of Operations. You will work with numerous teams and stakeholders across the business unit driving new process, strategies, and workflows to completion.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Understand, implement, and track new strategies, workflows, and process across different product teams.
  • You will be expected to own program implementation conception through sunsetting.
  • You will be required to properly setup program timelines and communicate those effectively.
  • You will need to properly understand and communicate proper change management.
  • You will need to understand and communicate proper risk management.
  • You will need to properly understand how to implement programs and communicate those timelines.
  • You will need to understand and manage capacity throughout your different stakeholders.
  • You will be required to work with numerous Heads of QV from different products coordinating program implementation throughout the department.
  • You will also be a part of the wider PMO group and partner with them.
  • Maintain an environment that encourages transparency and communication throughout the department.

 

What we are looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience implementing new processes, workflows, or strategies.
  • Experience with the QV and Development pipelines.
  • Knowledge of program management software (Jaas, Jira, etc.) and different methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
  • Knowledge of tools and tech that QV uses in their daily operations.
  • Knowledge of different QV testing methodologies. (White Box, Black Box, RBT, etc.)
  • Knowledge of different program management methodologies.
