External Description:

Feedback Coordinator role on the EA Baton Rouge team.

This job includes communicating with members of the development team who are looking for feedback on their new game features, create surveys for the team, collect feedback and format it into easy to digest reports which will be used to improve game features and functionality.

Your primary responsibilities would be:

  • Using Jira dashboards to track information provided by the development partners.
  • Communicating with members of the Dev team to workshop feedback questions
  • Creating surveys to source game feedback from members of the team
  • Collecting and organize feedback into a digestible format

Potential candidates for this position will need the following experience and skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent time and task management
  • Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets with specific formatting)
  • Great reading comprehension and writing skills
  • Skill in tracking information across multiple sources
