Role Overview:

We're looking for a passionate, and experienced Producer with experience leading mobile game developers to success.

As a Producer, you will work with our creative, development, and supporting teams, while partnering with team leaders to help build the direction, execution, and quality of features and content. You'll combine analytical data, consumer insights, and creative processes to ensure we're driving solutions that meet our financial, engagement, and player experience goals.

You have a mixture of creative, leadership, managerial, and new ideas experience from the gaming and live service space.

Responsibilities

  • Shape and lead the production for a significant part of our games and live services
  • Deliberately balance the needs of the players and the business
  • Craft and communicate the long-term roadmap and backlog for your responsibilities
  • Establish measurable quality targets and lead processes to support those targets
  • Work with team leads to ensure quality targets are met for all deliverables
  • Use data analytics to identify and oversee the Indicators for your responsibilities
  • Provide, inspire the team through example setting and enthusiasm

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Producer in AAA mobile games and leading teams to success
  • Experience managing medium-large internal and external teams within the video game industry
  • Global organization and studio partnership experience
  • Promote decision-making by balancing data analysis and market knowledge
  • High degree of initiative - pursues opportunities for improvement
