Position Overview

Are you passionate about creating products that change how an enterprise company works?

Reporting to the Product Lead, the Content Operations team is actively recruiting for a Junior Product Manager to help create the next generation of Content Pipelines, Content Storage Systems and Campaign Management Tools which will shape how our company and partners work with our creative marketing assets. You'll help identify and prioritise product features and improvements that maximise business impact, and help create intelligent products that users love to use.

Responsibilities

  • Work with the Product Lead and internal stakeholders to identify new product features, improvements, and capabilities in an ROI-driven manner
  • Groom backlog and prioritise product improvements that will make the biggest impact
  • Scope prioritised improvements into clear user stories and liaise with development team on delivery
  • Take responsibility for product KPIs and report on them to the business
  • Act as product ambassador articulating the product vision clearly and accurately to stakeholders and development teams alike
  • Understand the product landscape, asset and content management tools and customer/user requirements to identify opportunities, and help define product vision and strategy through a platform-first approach
  • Liaise with our business analyst to research customer needs in a data-driven way and translates feedback into actionable insight ensuring product development continually improves
  • Contribute to and lead meetings and workshops to help guide and manage the development process
  • Work with the Product Lead with the generation of required information and documentation to support development and delivery
  • Work proactively across teams to launch new features and capabilities, ensuring proper documentation and knowledge is in place to facilitate training sessions
  • Work closely with the UX design team and development team to ensure the product brief is understood and actioned according to agreed process and product constraints 
  • Coordinate your work across multiple time zones

Experience & skills 

  • 2+ years in a product role, preferably working on business or marketing tools. Experience with DAM systems an advantage 
  • Proven experience working in a global team, managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
  • You will be able to think, write and speak clearly, be able to strike the balance between the big picture and the detail
  • Able to grasp complex problems and devise creative solutions
  • Understanding of UX, design, development, and operational concepts and principles
  • Ability to build rapport with a variety of stakeholders, building relationships to gain buy-in
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Understanding the nuances of how different teams work and the ability to translate those nuances into solutions that serve across all teams
