我们正在寻找一位有才华有经验的主程序，候选人必须有能力提升我们现有的游戏并开发多平台的手机游戏，平台包括iOS，安卓等。
工作内容:
- 带领团队负责游戏玩法的开发。
- 与团队合作，定义项目需求，明确开发目标，并帮助团队成员合理分配工作。
- 参与代码编写、单元测试、代码评审及后端服务器交互。确保高质量的编码。
- 领导构建符合项目需求的游戏引擎框架,制定技术标准。
- 建立技术规范，创建软件体系结构文档。
- 定期就项目进程、问题和风险进行沟通。
- 负责团队招聘，绩效考核
- 保持团队不断进取。包括重建结构体系、创新工具以及修复漏洞。

任职要求：
- 计算机专业或相关专业本科/研究生。
- 有至少5年游戏软件开发经验，熟练使用C++。
- 有至少3年团队管理经验。
- 能与不同部门展开有效的沟通与合作。
- 良好的英文听说读写能力
