EA's Talent Acquisition (TA) team hires experienced talent across EA's teams including our development studios, marketing, commercial and corporate groups. We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Associate Recruiter to join our team and support our efforts in recruitment across Europe. You will understand the annual recruitment requirements, maintain an inclusive candidate pipeline, and provide a top-notch experience for candidates and hiring partners. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and serve as a primary advisor in driving recruitment for a selection of teams across the region. What a Recruiter does at EA:

• Full-cycle recruitment (application review, candidate screen, interview coordination, offer creation, and closing of candidates) for teams across Europe
• Support recruiting efforts in during high-volume recruitment campaigns
• Identify job descriptions, and create inclusive hiring approaches in conjunction with your hiring partners
• Be the expert for hiring managers providing guidance on recruitment and interview practices, candidate sharing, and assessment of candidates
• Produce regular reports on recruitment strategies and progress to hiring partners
• Be the point of contact and mentor for prospective candidates
• Provide memorable and unique experience for all candidates irrespective of outcome
• Introduce new creative ideas to the team to encourage future growth

 

Who you are:

• 2+ years of experience as a recruiter
• Experience of volume recruitment process managing large assessment process is desirable
• Foundation of best practices regarding tracking, communication, and reporting of hiring efforts
• Experience serving as a recruitment advisor and partner to hiring teams
• You have a true passion for inclusivity
• You enjoy developing global relationships both inside and outside the organization
• Consultative, influential, and collaborative with all levels of team members in the organization
