EA is looking for a Wellbeing Program Lead to join our Global Benefits and Wellbeing team. This hands-on role will help design and implement wellbeing programs to improve the overall health of our employees and add to the employee experience. You will work closely with other benefit team members and partners including vendors, Payroll, Legal, Finance, etc. You will report to the Senior Manager of Global Wellbeing for this 8-month assignment. 

Position Summary

  • You will be responsible for the ongoing design, costing, administration, compliance and analytical evaluation of EA’s Global Fitness Plan, including our expense reimbursement program and support of onsite fitness centers.
  • You will responsible for the ongoing design, costing, administration, compliance and analytical evaluation of EA’s global Ergonomic Program
  • You will be responsible for designing and implementing a Wellbeing Champions network for EA globally, partnering with regional wellbeing leads and other EA stakeholders including our policy and legal teams
  • You’ll manage the Wellbeing “inbox” and respond to employee questions and determine optimal ways to disseminate information and engage employees
  • You will help with the management of EA’s global mental health benefit , working with the People Experience team to set up additional programs as needed to improve the mental health of employees
  • You will partner with the retirement experts to create and oversee financial wellbeing programs for employees
  • You will partner with the health experts to analyze and improve aspects of health wellbeing including disease management and prevention
  • You will assess the effectiveness of various wellbeing programs and recommend design changes by evaluating and analyzing existing program offerings relative to the marketplace and EA goals, recommending process and program enhancements.
  • You will secure budget approvals, and make sure that all programs are compliant, implemented smoothly and understandable by employees and partners.
  • You will provide consultative technical expertise and guidance regarding wellbeing benefits matters to, managers, and People Practices.
  • As a skilled project manager, you will use necessary resources to provide sound and successful results. You will have interpersonal skills, self-awareness, be articulate, have a sense of urgency, and understand priorities.
  • You will build partnerships with our vendors, benefits brokers, carriers, third-party administrators and colleagues.
  • You will provide outstanding customer service to our People Experience partners and employees to educate and answer questions on the programs you work with.
  • You will identify trends in employee questions and feedback and look for opportunities both to improve the employee experience, and to encourage self service and more efficient processes for resolution.
  • You will implement process and program improvements. Troubleshoot system / process issues, identify cause and implement solutions.
  • Work with our Shared Services team as we look to build a wellbeing operations and shared services function

Qualifications

  • Expert on all wellbeing related topics. Requires a comprehensive knowledge of US policies, trends, laws, regulations, system tools, health care industry, current events and best practices.
  • Lead strategy discussions and design decisions, exercising expertise in benchmarking of best practices.
  • Customer service focus, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Solid capacity to deal with ambiguity and risk taking
  • Excellent process design, project management, change management, and consulting skills
  • Influence, negotiate and build relationships across the organization
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines, keeping all team members aligned and informed of required activities in advance with no surprises
  • At a minimum, a Bachelor's level degree in a related field
  • 8+ years of benefits and wellbeing experience in a benefits department of a large global organization
  • Proficiency in Google Suite or Excel, Word, PowerPoint
