Position Title: Producer I

External Description:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Live Producer for the FIFA Mobile franchise based in EA Korea, this role will be focusing on leading development and live service for our FIFA Mobile Korea and Japan to provide overall leadership while managing one or more components of a large, complex, strategic project. Reporting directly to Senior Game GM / Franchise PD of FIFA Mobile, leading the live service team in Seoul, work closely with local publisher and game team in Shanghai to reconcile the business needs to create inspirational live services and improve experience for millions of players.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Lead the feature development and live service of FIFA Mobile in Korea and Japan, work closely with game team and other partner teams across the region to deliver.
• Work with the Franchise PD and other FIFA Mobile leadership to establish and communicate business goals, regional product strategy, align on roadmap and priorities for the product to succeed in Korea and Japan.
• Drive the overall partnership and communication with local publisher and acquire necessary marketing resources.
• Translate real world football events into live content ideas/plans on short notice, which may sometimes require flexible work hours to mirror real world football events.
• Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of game performance using data insights and strong business acumen to impact top line KPIs.
• Acting as the main POC, responsible for managing regional teams and partners to maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle.

 Qualifications

• 10+ years of game development experience, at least 4+ years of successfully live servicing mobile games in Korea and Japan, 3+ years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record in managing stakeholders and teams in remote locations to deliver.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.
• Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with strong presentation skills.
• Passion for football and deep insights to regional football culture/community.
• Ability to communicate in Chinese would be a big plus
• Ability to work with international teams and willing to travel internationally
