Position Title: Producer I

External Description:

We are looking for a passionate Senior Live Producer for the FIFA Mobile franchise based in EA Singapore, this role will be focusing on leading development and live service for our FIFA Mobile SEA Region to provide overall leadership while managing one or more components of a large, complex, strategic project. Reporting directly to Senior Game GM / Franchise PD of FIFA Mobile Global, leading the live team located in Singapore, partnering with local business teams and game teams across the globe to reconcile the business needs to create inspirational live services and improve experience for millions of players.

 Key Responsibilities 

  • Partner with FIFA Mobile leadership team to define the regional product strategy, align on roadmap and priorities for the product to succeed in SEA region.
  • Lead the development and live service of FIFA Mobile in SEA region, work closely with game team and other partner teams across the globe to deliver.
  • Establish and grow the development/live service team to support the expansion of FIFA Mobile SEA region, with all aspects of people management duties.
  • Be passionate about and represent the voice and needs of our player community in SEA region.
  • Conduct and communicate in-depth analysis of game performance using data insights and strong business acumen to impact top line KPIs.
  • Acting as the main POC, responsible for managing regional teams to maximize acquisition, engagement, and monetization throughout the product cycle. Translate real world football events into live content ideas/plans.

 Qualifications 

  • A passion for games with a player first mentality.
  • 10+ years of game development experience, at least 3+ years of successfully live servicing mobile games in SEA region, 2+ years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record in building teams from scratch and managing stakeholders and teams in remote locations to deliver.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data driven product design and decision making.
  • Sound and proven ability in using and understanding in-game trends using data insights to impact top line KPIs.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to juggle priorities and projects.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with excellent presentation skills
  • Passion for football and deep insights to regional football culture/community.
  • Ability to work with international teams and willing to travel internationally
  • Proficiency in Thai or Indonesian to better interact/engage with local player community is a big plus
