Position Title: Asst Producer III

External Description:

Responsibilities:

 Project Planning

  • To assist Production Manager in preparation of detailed Project Plan.
  • To keep track on project progress and deadlines and make sure project delivered according to plan and schedule.
  • To update project schedule and other relevant project files.
  • Assist in the preparation of weekly Project Progress Reports, including detailed Risk Register.
  • Report to the Production Manager on progress, risks and issues.

Team Management

  • Day-to-day management of project team.
  • To liaise with development team as required by the Production Manager.

To carry out such production tasks as may be required by the Production Manager. 

 Other Duties

Support Production Manager and substitute when necessary

  • Make a positive contribution to the team at all times
  • To assist in other department administration works and supports Team activities in the Studio.

 AND other such duties within the scope of the job title and at Line Managers discretion

 Qualifications:

 Technical skills 

  • Project management qualifications are highly desirable (PM/BA, PMP, Agile/Scrum)
  • Degree Level Educated or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience
  • Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methodologies
  • Thorough understanding of contemporary development processes
  • Proven ability with M/S office including M/S Project
