We are looking for a Culture and Engagement Specialist who will report to the Director of Talent Development and Culture to help us create that "je ne sais quoi" that makes Motive the best place to work.

What you'll do:

  • Lead and support employee engagement programs for Motive Studios.
  • Be the driving force in developing and leading a creative, inclusive and engaging employee's experience.
  • Design and drive delivery of engagement activities that promotes a healthy studio life.
  • Facilitate engagement initiatives that build extraordinary hybrid employee's experience.
  • Work with key studio partners, projects, Employee Resource Groups and Social Clubs to ensure the studio's values are at the center of the employee's experience.
  • Partner with the Communications and Talent Acquisition teams to develop an outreach strategy to support local initiatives, studio's needs and values.

Who you are :

  • Passion for people, gaming, building connections, and having fun.
  • Creative and passionate with the ability to remain focus on driving unique and thoughtful experiences for employees.
  • Ability to manage a variety of projects while prioritizing what will most engage Motive employees.
  • Ability to navigate in a bilingual environment where both French and English are used in the day-to-day.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Event organization, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Psychology or the equivalent.
