Student sökes för administrativt arbete på EA DICE i Stockholm

DICE (EA Digital Illusions CE AB) är en Sveriges största spelstudios och har utvecklat spel som Battlefield, Star Wars Battlefront och Mirrors Edge. Sedan 2006 ägs DICE av Electronic Arts. Vi är två bolagsjurister i Sverige som jobbar nära spelutvecklarna i vår studio vid Medborgarplatsen på Södermalm.

Vi söker nu för ett visstidsuppdrag en assistent för administrativa uppgifter. Den huvudsakliga arbetsuppgiften är att assistera med administration av avtal innefattande gallring och scanning av vårt avtalsarkiv som vi vill digitalisera.

Arbetet är visstidsanställning på deltid i ca 2 månader.  Arbetstiderna kan i viss mån anpassas efter ditt studieschema.

Arbetet ställer framför allt krav på god struktur och noggrannhet och vi ser att du har följande profil:

• Du har god datorvana och lätt för att lära sig använda nya program.
• Du är noggrann, strukturerad och ordningsam och van att arbeta självständigt.
• Du får gärna ha erfarenhet av att läsa avtal, framför allt på engelska.
• Tidigare erfarenhet av avtalsadministration är ett stort plus.
