Position Title: Brand Manager I

External Description:

The Brand Partnerships Manager is responsible for the maintenance and growth of Covet Fashion’s partner portfolio. They offer Business Development support to assist in the pitching and signing of new brands, while overseeing the day-t0-day communication, in-game representation, and campaign execution for existing partners.

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Manage external relationships with 20-40% of Covet’s portfolio of fashion brands, through email communication, touch-base calls, campaign planning, and reporting.
  • Drive seasonal outreach and asset organization to support the garment production pipeline for partner initiatives, season launches, and live-ops needs.
  • Effectively collaborate with internal teams across Content, Production, Art, Marketing and Business Development.
  • Contribute to the brand engagement calendar to create a consistent and strategic cadence of campaigns, including an average of 2 new brand launches per quarter.
  • Manage a portion of the business development pipeline, including research, vetting, pitch calls, follow-ups and contract review for referred brands and website inbounds.
  • Represent Covet Fashion at virtual or in-person events, including (potential and existing) partner visits, and Covet community “socials.”
  • Pull engagement metrics and compile campaign recaps to share results with partners and build case studies for new brand outreach.
  • Maintain the Brand Portfolio Database.
  • Organize, maintain and streamline the team’s production and campaign pipelines.

 

Requirements 

  • BA/BS degree
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Office and Google apps
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Experience working with external partners or clients
  • Meticulous attention to detail and superb organizational skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
  • Has an eye for fashionable, elevated assets but the ability to adapt to different brand identities and aesthetics
  • Familiarity with the fashion, lifestyle, and/or mobile gaming industry strongly desired
  • Basic proficiency in Photoshop, Keynote and/or Canva, a plus
  • Genuine interest in Covet Fashion, if not already a regular player
