Studio Operations Specialist (파견 계약직)

EA코리아 스튜디오의 Studio Operations팀과 함께 할 Studio Operations Specialist를 채용합니다. Studio Operations팀은 EA 코리아 내의 여러 부서와 협업을 하며 스튜디오의 게임 개발 활동을 지원하고, 건강한 사내 문화를 만들기 위한 다양한 활동을 합니다.

Studio Operations팀과 함께 즐거운 스튜디오 조직 문화를 만들어 나가고, 효율적인 조직 운영 방안을 고민하며 함께 성장할 동료를 기다립니다.

 

담당 업무

1. 조직 문화 프로그램 운영

• 사내 조직 문화 프로그램 기획 및 운영 보조
• 스튜디오 뉴스레터 기획 및 제작 보조
• 기타 스튜디오 내·외부 행사 및 미팅 운영 지원

2. 구매 및 기타 Admin 업무

• PO 작성, 계약 체결 등 전반적인 구매 업무 진행
• 각종 물품 및 서비스 구매 비용 처리
• Studio 업무 전반에 대한 일반 행정 업무 지원
• Studio 내 각종 문서 작성 보조

 

필요역량

• 원만한 협업을 위한 커뮤니케이션 능력
• 문서 정리 능력
• 비즈니스 영어 작문 능력

우대 사항

• 조직문화 및 교육 프로그램 (대면/비대면) 기획 및 개발 경험
• 축구와 게임에 대한 관심
• 원활한 영어 커뮤니케이션 역량
• MS Office 활용 우수자
