We are looking for a Producer to work with our talented team on an incredible new project. Reporting to the Senior Producer, your role will be to guide execution across our World Development Team. This is an essential role that involves a high level of ownership and interaction with team members and leadership.

What the Producer will do at Motive:

  • Product owner for a large portion of the game, working closely with the technical owner and development director to ensure we reach the expected quality on time and within budget.
  • Work with Game Team Directors to set goals, criteria of acceptance, and priorities aligned with the projects’ vision.
  • Collaborate with various Leads and Development Directors in assessing scope/capacity for sprint planning and other milestones.
  • Manage and support multidisciplinary teams through the game development lifecycle.
  • In collaboration with the development director, help set indicators to track project quality, delivery, and risks management.
  • Provide guidance to the production staff via coaching to improved performance, identifying growth opportunities, and recognizing achievements.
  • Collaborate with internal partners such as legal, QA, localization, customer experience, analytics, and outsourcing partners to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Create awesome and memorable experiences for our players!

Who You Are: 

  • You have a passion for games and a good understanding of the video game industry.
  • You have a successful track record in delivering high quality games in a producer role.
  • Someone who thrives in building a highly effective and collaborative production team.
  • Experience providing complex project solutions across multiple disciplines.
  • Transparent, honest, and good at communicating between teams, directors, and management.
  • Experience managing senior staff across a range of disciplines, including hiring, career development and performance evaluation.
  • Strong understanding of business plans and P&Ls.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience/training is a plus.
