External Description:

岗位职责：
- 监督移动游戏(iOS和安卓)客户端与服务端开发。确保架构和实现满足整个系统的产品需求。
- 领导研发团队，寻找和评估能够带来创新和卓越开发机遇的新技术和工具。
- 倡导品质与效能。设立明确无疑的目标衡量指标，并创建相应的流程和文化来超越它们。
- 协助建立自动化系统以提高QA和技术运维效率。
- 帮助识别技术风险与相应的规避计划。
- 与非技术团队成员沟通技术架构、策略、细节和状态。
- 在团队内部分享知识。应用其他团队学到的经验，并与更广泛的EA技术体系保持一致。

技能要求：
- 计算机科学或相关领域的学士学位，或同等的培训和专业经验。
- 10年以上行业技术经验，包括3年以上软件开发领导职位。
- 扎实的C++和面向对象编程知识。.
- 具备手机、PC或主机其中一个平台的丰富的游戏开发知识和经验。
- 丰富的引擎开发知识和经验，至少精通渲染、动画、物理、底层系统、管线、工具开发其中一个领域。
- 具有扎实的内存管理、多处理器使用和运行时优化知识。
- 了解分布式服务器和云技术。
- 具备软件工程最佳实践和流程的知识。
- 优秀的沟通和文档处理能力。
- 积极主动，以解决问题为导向。
