Position Title: Marketing Producer I

At EA we are a community of artists, storytellers, technologists, and innovators working in one of the most dynamic industries today.

We are looking for a Project Manager that will enable the EA Sports Brand and Creative teams to work as effectively and efficiently as possible. The Project Manager maintains oversight of the operational workflow that provides our internal team and external partners the proper runway to deliver great work. The role reports into the Senior Producer, MARCOM.

The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual who has worked as a producer or project manager in an entertainment or advertising agency environment. They are used to a high level of multi-tasking and a fast-moving environment. They are solution oriented, focused on the details and are strong communicators & collaborators with great diplomacy skills.

Responsibilities:

• Manage internal and external teams to ensure focus on driving great work, the role includes project management, progress tracking, meeting cadence and review forums.
• Build and maintain a short and long-term deliverable timeline incorporating all project plans and mitigate overlapping priorities.
• Communicate Timelines and deliverables to relevant stakeholders.
• Schedule meetings throughout the project, own the agenda and track notes/action items.
• Identify business pivots and risk to projects and seek solutions to eliminate.
• Collaborate with creative/design producers to understand all production timelines and weave them into a single team-wide program management view.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with cross-functional EA Sports partners.
• Clearly keep everything on track and articulate feedback
• Create and maintain Project Workback Schedules

Qualifications:

• 4+ years as a project manager or producer at a Creative Ad Agency, Entertainment Company or Post-Production facility.
• Self-driven leader with the ability to take projects from inception to execution
• Experience developing, creating and refining project management processes
• Strong understanding of project management tools
• Strong communication, problem-solving and follow-through skills
• Detail-oriented with ability to set priorities within multiple tasks/projects.
