We, SDI (Studios Data & Insights), evolve our games and how players interact with them by providing electronic artists with the power of data, right at their fingertips. We strive to be the best in class AI team in the gaming industry by maximizing fun for EA players through easier deployment of AI driven solutions for game makers. Our insights are ubiquitous through autonomous analytics.

 

Responsibilities

With the help from team, you will be responsible as follows:

• Maintain optimal data pipeline architecture with team.
• Learn to process complex data sets to meet business requirements.
• Create flexible ETL routines with team.
• Work with EADP team for querying data from big platform and debugging.
• Work with data analysts to solve many practical business requirements.

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and above in Computer Science, Statistics, Informatics, Information Systems or another quantitative field.
• Fluent in English speaking and writing.
• Experience with data process/ETL and Data Warehouse, ever work on Airflow is a plus.
• Ability to use Linux and Shell.
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL: Postgres, MySQL, MongoDB, Redshift, etc.
• Understand AWS or big data: Hadoop, Presto, Spark, etc. Prior work on these platforms is a plus.
• Ability to use SQL and Python/R.
• Good communication skill.
• Gaming industry experience is a plus.
