PGA Tour is looking for the next great Senior Producer in Europe.

Your Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development, launch and growth of one of the most iconic franchises in golf gaming - PGA Tour.
  • Development and adoption of a product and player strategy for our PGA Franchise, in full alignment with our larger EA Sports market strategy.
  • Establish roadmaps for game experiences, aligning with the broader goals of EA SPORTS titles and EA.
  • Use insights to create feature goals that focus on ideation and spur creativity across the team.
  • Guide team culture as part of the leadership team to build a highly engaged team.
  • Help strengthen the growth of our in studio production discipline.
  • Work with Production, Art, Design and and Engineering leads to continuously improve quality on our game and development processes.
  • Partner with Project Managers (Development Directors) to manage the project schedule, milestones and sprint deliverables - balancing game delivery and quality with project constraints.
  • Partner with Art, UX, Engineering, QA, and Design teams to ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables are met.
  • Engage with other partner teams including publishing, marketing, finance, legal, consumer insights, and game analytics.
  • You will be the bridge between the Design team and Project Managers, overseeing what experiences we build, why we build them, and managing the delivery of them to our players.
  • You will report to the production leader of your area.

 

Your Qualifications

  • You will have 5+ years of experience in live service games in either mobile or AAA
  • You will have experience working with Product Managers to define and deliver a live service roadmap
  • An experienced Producer or Product Manager with 6+ years of experience in game production, entertainment, or technology-focused roles.
  • A passion or strong interest in Golf and all aspects surrounding the sport, tournaments, players and fans.
  • Have experience and a love for working with a diverse group of people across multiple geographies, to accomplish something great as a team.
  • A passion for pioneering, experimenting and defining innovative ways to bring the joy of golf to gamers of all ages.
  • A passionate leader, master of influence, capable of defining a clear vision on our game and with the ability to communicate it - helping others.
  • An accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts.
  • Familiar with scrum and agile development concepts.
  • Experienced in using data and game analytics to develop insights to inform project and feature planning.
  • Experience and/or interest on the live management and growth of a game using multiple business models (subscription, F2P, etc.)
