Position Title: Staff Analyst, Analytics

Role

As Sr. Product Manager | Social / Competitive you will own the feature roadmap for social and competitive features. Your focus will be on enabling our players to form meaningful social connections in our game and supporting their journey to compete and climb the ranks. Working with the social/competitive pod, you will formulate a strategic vision to build engagement systems that will delight our players. This role reports to the Director of Product and will work closely with product and design leads to ensure that our systems deliver a best-in-class player experience. 

The ideal candidate has a strong background in developing features and managing a feature roadmap. You will drive key decisions by facilitating a discussion, empowering the team to innovate and achieve impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a strategy for social and competitive features.
  • Plan a feature roadmap and manage tradeoffs.
  • Ideate, design, and support the design of new features.
  • Apply structure and rigor to decision-making, using analysis and frameworks.
  • Collaborate with design, art, tech, insights, and other functions to deliver new experiences.
  • Drive and own the outcomes of the pod.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience building, launching, and designing features.
  • Experience with prioritization, managing a roadmap, and managing stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and acumen.
  • Experience working on free-to-play mobile games.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional environment, with QA, design, engineering, production, and other teams.
