Position Title: Experience Designer II

Industrial Toys is a AAA mobile developer founded by Halo veteran Alex Seropian. Our mission is to make games that are Mobile To The Core! We are currently working to bring cutting-edge FPS gaming to your phone. If you’re interested in working with veteran mobile, console, and PC developers in creating new AAA experiences to reach billions of mobile players around the world we would like to hear from you!

Our team culture is collaborative and we expect everyone to think like game makers, approaching development with a Player First perspective. As a UX Designer, you will bring outstanding FPS UX design to mobile devices in partnership with our game designers and PM team. 

Responsibilities

• Take a leading role in developing the visual language of the game’s User Interface
• Responsible for making sure visual assets for the UX/UI team are consistent and up to the appropriate quality standard (Prototype/Development/Production)
• Work with Game Designers, Project Managers, and Engineers to design a user interface that creates harmony between the disciplines
• Contribute to hypotheses and questions for User Experience Research tests
• Help develop and communicate the game's user experience to complement the game’s broader style
• Develop visual systems that achieve goals from both game design and UX perspectives
• Iterate designs according to reviews, changing requirements and user playtests

 

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in UX /UI Visual Design, Graphic Design or related field
• A passion for playing and making awesome games
• Strong with Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software
• Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar a plus
• Great graphic design and visual communication skills
