We’re looking for a highly skilled Build & Release Manager who will embrace our culture and share their hard earned expertise to make and deliver builds to internal and external parties, and ensure that releases go smoothly.

What you’ll do…

  • Manage and mentor a portion of the Build & Release engineering team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Build and Release technology within the team.
  • Own and drive key strategic deliverables and manage communications externally on those initiatives.
  • Represent the Build & Release team in meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Participate in triage of work requests and ensure that the work we are performing is in line with our priorities
  • Keep track of our release candidate generation, our copy-up and hard locks and own our processes checklists from a release standpoint.

Ideally, you will have…

  • Experience as manager with one or more direct reports
  • Strong engineering background
  • Build and Release management experience on live service games
  • Expert experience using Perforce, preferably with Streams

Other qualities we look for…

  • Passion for games.
  • Background in project management
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Previous experience working with GAAS or regular title updates
  • Experience with JIRA, Miro and other project management tools
  • Familiarity with ELK, Grafana and other data monitoring tools
